ABOUT GUELYLAND

"One of the smallest , independent kingdoms in the ciberuniverse. Nothing fancy. Population? Just me, myself and my jaguars, my movies and my books (and, at this very moment, YOU). Hided and secret like Skull Island or Opar, the ancients in Guelyland use to read the scrools of a minor god called Voor-Hes.
Most of the treasures of Guelyland are made of paper, plastic and vinyl.Guelyland dreams with expanding in deep more then in surface. The music of Nik Kershaw has been heard here. There are apes, lots of apes in Guelyland. Woody Allen and Bob Hope visit it quite often. Here we love books (the Kingdoms Library is both celebrated and secret) Here we are atheists but very tolerant and think of god a bit too often and much. Guelyland is, the stuff my dreams are made of..."

FAY WRAY

The delicate and sexy beauty of Vina Fay Wray, born in Alberta (Canada) on September, 15 1907 was appreciated as the heroine of such films like The Most Dangerous Game (1932) and Doctor X (1932) but specially forever remembered as Ann Darrow the "Beauty that killed the Beast" that expended a good time in our favorite big hairy paw in the original wonder King Kong (1933). She died peacefully in August, 8 2004 in her Manhattan apartment and was this close of making a cameo appearence in Peter Jackson's remake at the age of 96. I find her extremely beautiful, almost no less then the quality of these old hollywood portraits. I think she deserves a little dossier, here in Guelyland.

Haven't seen it yet. Been on my list for a while. I think there was some kind of remake with an old Richard Basehart in the seventies. I saw it as a kid on the TV.
